Policies regarding Personal Information
Worker Bee, Inc. (hereinafter called “WKB”, “we” or “us”) understands that the customers entrust our company with their Personal Information, based on the trust that it will be used only for specific purposes, making continuous improvement and appropriate management and protection of such Personal Information.
1. Obtaining Personal Information
WKB may collect the customers’ Personal Information to the extent necessary in order to offer them better services.
When such collection is necessary, we will do so just for as limited purposes as possible in a fair and lawful manner.
2. Management of personal information
WKB will provide employee training program regarding Personal Information Protection and assign a chief privacy officer in order to endeavor to maintain such information properly.
WKB will take reasonable security control measures and implement corrective actions to protect entrusted Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, modification and leakage, etc.
3. Use of personal information
WKB will use entrusted Personal Information for only valid purposes.
4. Provision of personal information
Without the consent of the individual, WKB will not disclose and provide entrusted Personal Information to any third party, however, we may disclose and provide such information when legally required to do so.
Any special provision which differ from this privacy policy will be given priority over this policy.
5. Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of personal Information.
WKB will properly respond to any request(s) from the individual to disclose, correct and delete entrusted Personal Information within reasonable period.
6. Revision
We may change this privacy policy due to changes in laws and regulations. We also will continue to review and improve the contents of this policy.
7. Use of cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data sent from a website and stored in the user’s hard drive or browser in order to identify the user.
